What are the chances of career growth or promotion - born on September 08, 1976 @ 10:04 am in Bombay, India. Currently I am leaving in Boston, MA, US.

 

I have been trying to change a job but nothing seems to work. Any insight on when I can anitipicate job change would be appreciated.
