Guest jason Report post Posted December 21, 2013 Relax, be happy...or be happy, and relax. Then repeat your mantra. I usually dhyan with OM. Sometimes I add 'Shanti' if I feel stress or anxiety. I also personally prefer silent repetitions, but using your speech mechanisms is a great anchor to start with. From silence, through silence, to silence.
