Phlegm rising in throat (Phlegm feeling in stomach) Abdominal pain

Hello!

If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it greatly!

Symptoms:

I have pain in my stomach accompanied by the need to spit up phlegm frequently. The abdominal pain is all the way down to the pelvic area through my middle, up through the throat. (My tongue is raw in appearance and cracked).

My feeling is the phlegm is causing the problem, it seems to reach from my mouth all the way down to my pelvic area, and these areas are tender. Sometimes I have a gnawing feeling in my abdomen and lie on my stomach with a pillow under me.

Other problems include dry/itchy skin and coarse hair-- these things started around the same time.

Also constipation, loose stool. And Fatigue.

Thing I have tried:

Upper endoscopy - didn't find any abnormalities

Garlic pills - seem to relive some discomfort but not clear up the problem

Apple Cider vinegar - same as Garlic - some relief but not clear up the problem entirely

TCM Doctor - (this part is frustrating) My doctor gave me a herbal drink that seemed to clear all the symptoms; bowel movement was more normal, pain decreased, skin and hair were normalizing. But unfortunately the doctor hasn't been able to reproduce the medicine.

My intuition is that it is some kind of fungus or germ, but I really don't know. It feels like there is something in my body that needs to go! My hope is to get healthy and get my life back!

Thank you!
