Hello can sphatik beads mala be worn with any kind of thread and colour?

Sphatik/ crystal beads mala can be worn normally in white threads for white / clear crystals. But if it is of pink/ rose quartz crystals beads mala, then the threads may be of pink or or white colour. Normally white/ colourless crystal mala is adapted to preserve/ maintain ur body chemistry.

can we wear spatika malla all the time, during bathing/sleeping/sex relationship, can we eat non veg or we should be pure veg while wearing this, plz clear my doubts sir.i am 30 yrs old, male married.
