I shall eternally be grateful to you if you could give me a copy (or suggest where can I access it) of Tripura Rahasya - Charya Khanda. I shall always be thankful to you. Even suggestion about where can I get it will be highly appreciated.

It appears to be available from Amazon dot com, assuming this is the same book that you are referring to. The title I found is "Tripura Rahasya: The Secret of the Supreme Goddess (Library of Perennial Philosophy)".
