Durga Saptashloki "presentation"?

I have a quick question that if anyone could please provide some insight into would be greatly appreaciated.

 

In almost every chant of the Saptashloki that ive heard there is this "presentation" (im only calling it that because I dont know what else to, and I have heard it refered to it as that once) praising Kali Lakshmi Sarasvati.

So my question is, where does this come from? in "In Praise of the Goddess" there is no mention of this and is not in the translation either.
