Pradnya 0 Report post Posted May 16, 2011 Hello my 8.5 month old baby has had severe rashes on face which itch him a lot! On one cheek it became really bad and started oozing. Doc advised hydrocortisone which I applied 3 days very little twice. It looked bit clearer but was very itchy and rash came back in 4 days. I started giving him coconut oil massage and putting aloe based organic lotions continously. I gave him plain diet of my milk, oatmeal cereal with formula and carrots at nite and lots of water and the ones on face are clearling up well but still itches! But his body has thich dry patches and I also see them now on arms and legs . He seems to itch on his body sometimes. He also seems to have bad time pooping as if it's burning him when I wipe!he scratches his private parts a lotwh I open him to diaper. please let me know what food I can give him eg aloe juice etc to alleviate his pain.
