When to Read Rama Raksha Stotram.

Hello Everybody,

 

I have read in one of the Spiritual Book on Rama, that if one read the Ramaraksha Stotram 9times 9 days starting from Chaitra Prathipada to Chaitra Navami, the raksha kavacham will be energized. This should be chanted during Rama Muhurtham or Rama Prahari (This is not the raga name, it is as brahma muhurtham).

 

I am well aware that Chanting God name with love will be also beneficial, but just wanted to know when is this rama muhurtam/rama prahari starts in the early morning. Because Brahma muhurtham is somewhat early morning 3-4.
