confused about the different worlds?

Hello all, I'm new to the forum and pretty new to studying Hinduism. While I have been reading about Hinduism and a thing that keeps popping up is when someone is talking about the Three Worlds and then at another part it will say there an infinite amount of other universes. Am I completely not understanding what they are saying and am completely off or what?
