Durgasaptashati Payana...........ill effects if any.

I am not initiated by either any Guru nor did I do any 1 lakh Beeja Mantra( as opined by few people as a requirement to get any benefit of chanting Saptashati). Only thing I know is how to read Sanskrit and to certian extent understand the meaning of it.

 

1. I just want to weather there will be any ill effects or no fruitful results if I do the DurgaSapta Shati chanting.

2. Some opined that there should be loud chanting, however my circumstance does not provide that, will it be fruitful if I do silent chanting.

 

3. How many time someone should do the parayana to get rid of all sorts of problems in life( getting a job, frustration, control of the senses, and getting success for overall well doing).

 

Learned and experienced people please please respond.
