Hi Danielle,

This is also excellent advice for times of detox when skin goes through some odd

changes as 'rubbish' leaves your system. As a race people of colour put oil or

moisturising cream on their body every day from birth. Its second nature, like

brushing our teeth. It maybe why at 55yrs I have no wrinkles, spots or stretch

marks. There is no need for expensive oils as olive oil you use for cooking,

does just as well.

Eat quality protein from vegetable sources. Increase your intake of raw foods.

If this in on Shakti's shopping list for you, eat foods such as garlic, onions,

eggs, and asparagus that are high in sulfur. Consume plenty of yellow and orange

vegetables. These are high in beta-carotenean. Carrots are especially good.

minerals.

having a lot of forehead pressure and strong energy coming into my 6th chakra.

The pressure is all the way across my forehead, not just between the eyebrows

like before. I had a powerful burst of energy which felt like it came into my

forehead a few days ago. The skin on my forehead seems to be dry and coming off

now...
