Food has been in discussions here as well as water. I stopped using plastic

bottles water awhile ago - to save $ I filter my water and then have a number of

SOBE drink bottles (glass) I wash these and fill them with the filtered water.

They travel well and can be left longer in a car than the plastic that causes

some problems.

Just a suggestion- I have also eliminated the microwave - gives me an

opportunity to relate more to my food. I check the sale sheet in the paper and

it just amazes me how much of our food is processed - I have never liked

anything canned the taste of metal ruins the taste of food - however if storing

things long term unless one purchases the packed items cans may be a necessity-

a farm sounds so nice at this time.
