Hi everyone,

 

I've been away for awhile - have a new email address now, had some computer

issues and stuff- hoping that email address inspires me to be so (:

wondering how your knees are doing and how that cool wind is blowing through

Hi Deb, welcome back! I like you new name. I, for one, did miss your ramblings.

I see you are still throwing chi balls. I think people have been seeing them

across the country...just whizzing by lighting up the country side. A blue one

whizzed by my house one night...James saw it. It zipped right on by, missed our

house.

Welcome back Debs. Clearly you have been missed. Your new e-address makes me

Hi everyone,

 

Thank you for the shout outs, it was really, really nice. My aunt that I'm

quite close to has been through a lot these last few years and she had a fall

and damaged her head - I thought she was getting better but now I'm not so sure

nor that she wants to. I'm going to be with her now, so I meant to catch up

here but I'll be spending what time I have with her. Wishing you all lots of

love and hoping you are all immersed in bliss. Lots of love!

Hi Clearstillness7,

Pema Chodrin talks about 'heightened neurosis'. So, if your mind becomes less

still, that might be a good sign. That was an inspirational passage for me,

thinking I might be a hopeless case, lol.
