Eyes up? (and Crown pressures) - Nina and

Hi Nina, for some, a Kundalini awakening, once triggered, runs at great speed

and produces very powerful kriyas as it tackles blockages.

My interpretation of Chrism's teachings is that, for these people, there should

be a temporary pause in those (and only those) physical processes directed at

energy stimulation. In my peculiar case, it was the 5 Tibetans and, to a lesser

extent, meditation.

If a sincere and continuing attempt is made to observe the other more deeply

embedded aspects of the Safeties (the ones you mention), my own experience has

been that things settle down fairly quickly as blockages are cleared. My

understanding is that then, all physical processes which form part of the

Safeties can and should be resumed to consolidate the awakening process. I

think Chrism's main concern is that some spiritual practices outside the ambit

of the Safeties should be suspended during an awakening and that the

intelligence of Shakti be given unfettered scope to modulate its own progress.

If I'm mistaken in any of these assumptions, I'm hopeful will put things

into correct perspective. Love - John.
