We welcome your introduction and your experiences and questions. We move energy here. Whether it is emotional or physical or mental, spiritual, or the energies of the ego. We do this in preparation for the Kundalini or in response to the Kundalini or both. You may begin to feel the energetic involvement of the Kundalini Shakti upon your energetic envelope and this is the energy of the group that is always reaching outward towards those who are exploring the many pathways that are available to experience the Kundalini. It isn't all about phenomena but phenomena does occur. If you are in a place of pain or sadness please read through the safeties and begin to practice them. Even if you do not wish for Kundalini involvement these can be very healing and positive structures for learning and growing along a path of love as opposed to the sometimes stagnent energies of depression and/or old pains.
