Hi Kat:

I must have missed this part of your post. Like you, I had never before

experienced, or should I have been aware of, Mudras before. They can be a most

beautiful part of the process and unfolding. You may wish to keep a journal, if

you do not already...though I have found that they " stick " in your heart's

memory quite vividly.

The Mudras I have experienced have been while in meditation. Many seems to

experience them spontaneously during various times of the day and especially

while resting. It is a beautiful occurance, indeed. I'll use for as example

something as " simple " as the hands held in prayer-like position where hands are

on top of each other directly in front of the heart at a small distance from it.

This union of both hands also represents the union the God and the Goddess. If

the mudra is understood and performed as a process, it has a much stronger and

more prfound effect. When we do it, we should very slowly and consciously bring

the palms of our hands together in front of our heart and feel the increasing

power of the energy flow between them. This is the attraction between the two

poles of the divine Oneness that longs for union. Then we can enjoy the rising

of the opposites in the contact between te two polarities that is made possible

through the loving power of the heart.

Beautiful.

Blessings to you.

Thank you for posting this, Danielle. This is such a beautiful description. I

experience this mudra a lot and I love how it feels.

Peace,

Shaz
