This can change the dynamic of a person's attitude about it as the phenomena can be scary and surprisingly enjoyable. If you were not seeking it, it can feel almost as an imposition upon your daily life. So this is why I advise a person to go within and source yourself to feel what it is you want to do on your life path. Kundalini isn't necessary for all. But it is there for all if they can open to it beyond the mere phenomena. If you CHOOSE to walk the Kundalini path and you wish for guidance from me upon this path. Then of course it is yours to be had but you must educate yourself by doing some homework. If you decide that this is your next step and you wish guidance from me, the first step of your next step lol, is the daily practice of the safeties. Perfect the practice so that nothing else comes to mind when those unexpected Kundalini scenarios are experienced, and then allow the attitudes expressed in the safeties to become a natural expression of how you are. It can be a radical shift from your present perspective, but this is essential for the safe and sane experience inside the Kundalini activation and awakening.
