Guest guest Report post Posted April 30, 2010 Hi group, I am feeling very high at the moment. Because of the Safeties, the fear and anxiety is not so bad. So it is manageable for now. During my practice of the Safeties and in the dream state I find that I am going some place. I bring a few small vivid glimpses of the experience. I will be watching for more. As Helen posted recently a journal is something I wish I would have kept. Its times like this I am unsure of what to say....so I'll simply say no matter what remember the safeties!
