So did I last night, Valarie: I did fall asleep, while Shakti was working. When

I went to bed, it was about 3.00 in the night. LOL. I shall try to go to bed

earlier, tonight.

      Do try it, Yiara! I do it, too, and it's the one time I can just let go

and let Shakti, to borrow a religious phrase (LOL). It's interesting to feel

what happens but I usually fall asleep fairly soon so I miss out on the good

stuff, I think! ;-D
