A good place to start is the Safeties listed quite beautifully on the main website, then the ton of reading materials under files. I hope you can come to the seminar in LA in early May. Just a few suggestions: There is a seminar in LA May 8/9 - this is a great way to jump into the program and by meeting chrism you will have a more personal idea of what he is presenting with the KAS protocols. AND you will encounter many members and new folks who are on the road with Kundalini. And I encourage you to read read read all you can on the main site: www.KundaliniAwakeningSystems1.com and on the archive site ( this is new and just beginning to be developed) www.KundaliniAwakening systems.com And read the old posts here on this site. Use the search box at the top although it does not list the past year or so - has a huge problem and has not been able to fix it so it seems. But there are thousands of posts to read. You are not required to post - you share what you feel you can and offer your insights when you feel you want to.
