Guest guest Report post Posted April 24, 2010 Hello David, Thank you for the useful suggestions. Might I add that sometimes pessimism, fear, doubt, anger etc., are actually the release of pessimism, fear, doubt, anger etc., from our nervous system and not to be avoided, but rather to be fully experienced, as this would purge these very stresses from our system, thus freeing ourselves for further growth. Guest guest Report post Posted April 24, 2010 Hello August, I feel this is true as well. The key is not to get stuck there in those patterns. Feel it..respect it...and move on. When we look at it in this way we can see it as a gift. I'll admit Ive been stuck a few times over the years. Blessings, Kat. ________________________________ August <AugustAlonzo Sat, April 24, 2010 11:54:38 AM Jekyll & Hyde - David  Hello David, Thank you for the useful suggestions.
