Prana dots are those little swirly tiny shapes that are usually circular that

have a glowing of blue light but not exceedingly bright. They are viewed by the

unaided eye looking at the blue sky and staring as if for a distance.

Back lit diamond lights (very bright) are usually a discarnate entity or

consciousness, or guide as it appears in the physical plane. They come in

multiple colors and appear then disappear quickly sometimes moving in a slow arc

before they are gone.

Kundalini lights in the pre-activated or newly activated are of two different

qualities. one is a very bright gold white light that will come in swarms. These

are very mobile and seem to come when one has stretched the back muscles by, for

instance, sitting in a chair back straight feet on the floor facing forward then

one turns the neck and spine to the right or the left, not pushing too hard but

allowing a spinal twist to occur. This twist is held at its apex ie the point of

being turned around and looking up as long as can be for a time then brought

back out of the twist and looking straight forward again. Now look with distance

vision unfocused and these Kundalini lights will occur if your activity is

beginning. They have a sperm like shape to them with a tail that streams out

behind them.

The hollow lights with dark nucleus will come at any time and are an indication

of potential within the auric field, like the dao's that are floating in balance

yet seeking a greater illumination. The other form.
