re: cold spells

Hi all,

I have periodically been having attacks of cold spells..cold, cold, cold! Its

up the whole center of my torso, mostly in front. Last night, after coming home

from dance, my insides were shaking from cold and putting on more clothes

doesn't seem to help, then during the night, with little heat on, I wake up

sweating. I guess this is part of the Shakti/Shiva interplay?
