Guest guest Posted January 8, 2010 Report Posted January 8, 2010 I think I combined the chakra breathing into the safties during my last Shakipat and neve looked back. This explains a lot. Creating a whole lot of energy into my power centre without an outlet. This will give me about 15 min's of free time each day...now what to do with that time...lol.
