I also wish to thank you Chrism. Firstly for the reply to my last dream enquiry,

and now for the Scatter-fields and Shaktipat.

 

I am feeling the energy up & down my spine, especially at the neck where my sine

connects to my head. Like Andy I had a h & ll of a headache as if someone had

spiked my Chamomile tea with booze. It left me at 4am and I slept soundly until

2pm today.

My heartfelt thanks Chrism; since today the topmost part of my head has been

suffused with prods of energy and aches similar to that which I normally

experience when meditating on the sahashara or during pranayama. I have been

feeling lightheaded knowing fully well what is happening to me. Additionally, my

astral projections which I normally initiate easily after my early morning

meditation sessions became even easier this morning as I basically just

catapulted out of my physical body just by the mere thought of it.

Dear Chrism,

I was performing my regular meditation at 3a.m.P.S.T

For few seconds I saw you in process of giving me Shaktipat.

I could see you sideways and not facing me.

Later in the day during 2nd meditation I had sensation in my spine near heart

chakra.

K was rising towards neck region.

There was a feeling in the crown.

my mind has become peaceful.

Highlight of the Shaktipat is I could actually see you in the process.

I have to tell you all, I awoke at 3.33 am an then started a meditation at 3.45,

have not felt so ressted for a long time!!!

From yesterday I am able to cut off the unwanted and wanted thoughts from my

mind.Earlier thoughts used to linger for a long period.I feel I have gained some

control over them.I wish to achieve thoughtless condition of mind for a longer
