Public Declaration Winter Shaktipat 2009

[Guest guest]

Chrism,

I hereby publicly give my permission to place a scatterfield and do whatever

else is necessary for the activation and continued flow of the Kundalini for the

Winter Shaktipat 2009. May it remove any blockages and flow freely.

I will follow the safeties and practice the 5 tibetans to the best of my

ability.

I have added a photo to the Winter 2009 folder.

Thank you and God Bless,

Bill
