Guest guest Posted September 29, 2009 Report Posted September 29, 2009 the first time i meditated was in a quiet dark room with several other women. we had finished a yoga class, and the teacher was leading us into meditation. it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. suddenly, i felt a spider crawl across my face, and brushed it off with a little cry. of course there was No spider. i later learned this is a frequent occurrence when meditating. the spider has 8 eyes and 8 legs. this is the symbol for infinity. the spider weaves his web, so he asks us to construct our lives in a manner that serves us and others. my experience with the spider.....................
