I have noticed that when the energy is in me, my own thoughts sound

very loud in my head, like they hurt almost.

Ive also noticed when i get negative and i have fear thoughts

when the energy is in me and i have these thoughts they sound louder

as well and its like someone else is saying it, yet it is my own thought

 

Sometimes i have a feeling like my mind is flying. im sitting in my chair with

the laptop or a book but my mind is in flight it seems.

Ive also had it where i get thoughts, or images in my mind like slides but very

quickly like a flicker book of pictures, strange also!

 

Also sometimes i will get fear or somthing will trigger fear, and it

will be in my stomach and it feels like its churning, but afterwards

it will switch to a nice sleepy hypnotic feeling instead. I triggered

a really big intense fear session one night and after about 5 minutes

i was hit by a huge bliss stream that lasted (although gently) for 2 days. is

this part of cleansing process.

 

sometimes i will feel a bit stoned or blurred in my head and when i

put my hand on my head and one on the front or the back it sort of sets me

straight.
