Guest guest Posted June 26, 2009 Report Posted June 26, 2009 Dear and all, I would like to ask a question about my tongue. The night before last I began to notice that when the movements became very strong with in me and moved up towards the throat I think I was pressing my tongue very hard against the roof of my mouth.... I placed it gently there again but at some stage I again became aware of how I was pushing it up quite forcebly, ... Yesterday I remembered this as my tongue was burning hot and the top of it was very sore. The area I was pressing on the roof of my mouth was sore too... My question is should I bring my awareness to this and keep the tongue lightly there or is pressing hard ok??( I have no problem with the soreness or burn if part of the process) It kind of feels like I am birthing upwards...and I am wondering if the pushing up is a resistance or is it necessary, or is it premature urge to push...? Ok I probably sound nuts lol...help. Love Julia. Quote
Guest guest Posted June 26, 2009 Report Posted June 26, 2009 Hi Julia: I do the same thing, and experience something all so similar to what you share. I have the same question, and oh so many more. Guest guest Posted June 26, 2009 Report Posted June 26, 2009 Keep the tongue up as much as you can Julia. You may find that your " conscious control " of pressure isnt needed. The " contact " is though so yes keep it there and let " it " determine the amount of pressure. - blessings Julia. - chrism , " jajahern " <jajahern wrote: > ( I have no problem with the soreness or burn if part of the process) It kind of feels like I am birthing upwards...
