Oh wow, thank you for that! You do them way faster than I was, I thought it was

supposed to be slow. And 3 and 4 go differently than I thought. You are very

fluid, even doing them fast. This is a help, thank you. (Old guy, yeah right!

LOL)

yeah, thanks Chrism, I've been doing the 5th tibetan wrong. I've been doing it

more like a push up/through from downward dog to cobra.

I am gonna finally take some yoga classes in August just got my first yoga mat

yesterday and I am signed up already.  I know thats not the 5 tib. but Craig got

some yoga moves posted in his 5 tib., anything good to help facilitate the

continued flow of kundalini and retained activation of kundalini.

Hey Chrism. Thank you for the video.

I also have a question regarding the tibetans based on how you do them:

I do mine a lot slower. Around 3 seconds 1/2 way. (Example for the leg

raises,

3 seconds to raise, 3 seconds to bring down). What is your opinion about the

slower / faster way of doing them. I usually do my tibetans right before my

yoga, so I

try to set the mode for the deep lung breathing.

Thank you for the scatterfield btw.

Much love,

Mike

Chrism,

Thanks for the demo. Please define " old " ...?

I believe the modern terminology is " Cool Old Dude " (or in this case, " Kool Old

Dude " :) Old optional.

And no, I would *not* be so disrespectful as to use the acronym COD.

For Tibetan 4, I use cork yoga blocks to support my arms. Seems they're too

short without and allow for, um, too much drag on the bottom! :0

I need some cork yoga blocks, my arms are too short for my body. But with the

way my body is, I can bend over and touch the floor with my hands flat with no

problem. :) Used to be able to do that frontwards and backwards. Hehe! Not as

fexible as I use to be.

I think it would take more than a little oil. Hehe! I used to be able to put my

feet behind my head, too. :) I guess it would make a good video if I could do it

now as an old lady, but back 10/15 years ago it was no big deal. I should have

never stopped doing it.

Linda,

Now I'm forever going to LMAO imagining a loud metal creaking sound effect as

I'm doing Tibetan 4. Thank you for that inspiration! As long as i don't fall

off the yoga blocks... : )
