Guest guest Posted May 13, 2009 Report Posted May 13, 2009 Well do not thump it too hard -lol! and if it is sore and tender perhaps this is not to be for you at this time. Make sure your thumps follow the sternum. - blessings Valarie! - chrism , " Valarie Vousden " <vjvousden wrote: > > Thanks for the info, Linda. And Chrism, I found it to be sore-ish Quote
Guest guest Posted May 13, 2009 Report Posted May 13, 2009 LOL, chrism! No, it was sore when I did the first thump. I do tend to be overly sensitive other places, too--the skin all along my spine from tailbone to about mid-shoulder blade and the top of my head. The sternum area is just one I'd never explored before you mentioned this. I will thump only enough to be a thump and go up and down the whole sternum. How often do you recommend doing the thump? Once a day, a week? Or maybe none, as you suggest. Thanks for answering us. Namaste also to Ordinary Sparrow who I haven't said but meant to that I love your posts!
