Public Declaration - Summer Solstice

[Guest guest]

Chrism,

I hereby publicly give my permission for to place a scatterfield

and do whatever else is necessary for the activation of the Kundalini for

the Summer Solstice Shaktipat 2009.

I will follow the safeties and practice the 5 tibetans to the best of my

ability.

I have added a photo to the Summer Solstice 2009 folder.

Thank you and God Bless,

Bill
