Guest guest Posted March 19, 2009 Report Posted March 19, 2009 I was born, nurtured & nourished in a faith based community. This community is like a verdant valley very rich in resources. The valley receives its sustenance from a very large, imposing & all powerful Mountain. When I was growing up, I always look up & wonder at the summit of the Mountain blanketed by thick snow & clouds. It seems as if it beckons me to climb up & seek its secrets. Now that I have a little strength from its flowing spring, I ventured out from the valley & started my ascent towards the mysterious summit. It is a narrow & strait path filled with wild beasts & dangerous traps. It becomes a lonely & scary climb towards the top. Just when fear & loneliness seems to overcome me, I chance upon a group of travellers joyfully & lovingly walking along the same difficult path. Oh what a happy chance, I can now move on feeling a little bit safe and secure in the company of these my fellow travellers!! Lots of Love, edgar Quote
