Guest guest Posted February 13, 2009 Report Share Posted February 13, 2009 When I look into someone's eyes, my eyes open wide on their own, very wide. Even if I look into my own eyes in a mirror. I never lose when I play 'trataka' as a game with someone. When I look into someone's eyes (or my own) soon I see just the eyes and rest of the vision (body, background etc) is blurred. I see just the eyes. Sometimes the other person (including myself) gets afraid. Because of this, I avoid looking into people's eyes. What to do? Just have love based intentions and look into another persons eyes without diving into their privacy. See them as they are comfortable being seen with out exploring further into the phenomena. Take the intention of looking deep into someone else's eyes out of the equation. It isnt so much an action of going into the other persons visual awareness where one will experience the soul of the person. Peering into another's eyes is most often invasive as it most often radiates the personality of the soul, not all of us wish to relate this way, feed back is sometimes like as if we put a microphone up to a speaker all that is heard is a screech. I have marked this on my calendar Gotta be fit for the event. From my own experiences, I understand that the 'third eye' is an extension of the ajana chakra. Its the psychic seat of the soul... the Golden Disc/Sun I saw in the dream. It is OM itself. So third eye is not the Ajana/6th Chakra but its extension (like a switch). It is located in the middle of the forehead between the eyebrows. And from my recent experiences, it can be physically located/felt. I was not able to meditate from last few days (chilled water killed my throat). But the kundalini was making a loud hum/vibrating sound with my throat when I meditate. Like a loud O in OM. I sincerely believe the sound being made is to activate / link-up with the third eye or 6th chakra. I don't know really, Kundalini knows I have read about the Shiva and Shakti union and what you say must be true, but I have no experience of my own. But I do believe what Lao Tzu says about the heart: WHEN MEN ARE SET FREE FROM THE WOMB, THE PRIMAL SPIRIT DWELLS IN THE THIRD EYE. THE CONSCIOUS SPIRIT DWELLS BELOW IN THE HEART. Agna is the personality of the higher self and its trigger point is between the eyebrows. though the actual centre or position is just in front of the pineal gland in the frontal lobe of the brain, The gray matter or primordial section of the brain houses the pineal gland. some refer to it as lalani chakra as it drips an intoxicant known as ambrosia sometimes bindu or the fontanel is associated to it as it is said is where the jiva of a new born enters the body through this point. it is also said when the jiva departs the body it leaves through bindu. Saraswarra the 1000 petaled lotus commonalty known as the 7th chakra is also associated to the pineal in many cases. chidakasha to me is the viewable position of the akashic realm which is entered though though the forehead and viewed from inside out and is to me the link to the higher self during meditations, Though the higher self is in continuous meditation and yes it is I believe the 6th centre that brings the higher akashic realm down to mental understanding. Some see akasic records as a large book and so it seems some have described it as a library of books a nd such is the anomaly's that the third eye brings down to the understanding of the physical frontal lobe. I believe something is happening when you feel the movements at the eye brow centre, and I have heard that in some people a pimple type eruption takes place once the third eye is open or in use. though in some people who have there third eye apparently opened it does appear to show as a brownish reddish thumb print when looking at it with peripheral vision. Though in others it does not so it might just depend upon specific sadanas and individual markups that prejudices understandings of the workings of agna. Lao Tzu I have been quite un familiar with his writings though at fist to me was as clear as mud though I am finding the water is clearing as the dirt settles. Few years ago when I was possessed, I started giving commands to other persons by looking into their third eye, either from front or back. They would become crazy / do stupid things. I hate it.... just hate it and try not even think about it again. Guest guest Posted February 18, 2009 Report Share Posted February 18, 2009 Truth, mindfulness and bliss, What a wonderful name, I had met Swami Satchidananda Saraswatti, (the one that conducted talks at the Woodstock Festival) He was a wonderful soul and he presence could be felt from quite a distance. I did have an opportunity to have a one on one conversation with him, though in my youth I was much shyer than I am now. Looking back it is a disappointment and he is past on now and only on an off chance he might visit astraly. Satchidananda would talk much about the Little i and the big I and would also teach that illness may come from use of the head centre's as well as the emotions though never from the heart.
