So surrender completely Della and do not be afraid even though those feelings may surface. Remember the adrenal glands are also hyper expressing and they will give one an opportunity to visit fear. Choose to understand this and do not go there. If you indeed have a disorder that has been treated by SSRI drugs then some rechanneling back into the natural channels of the natural brain that have been distorted by the SSRI interaction may result. Remember it is a process and you are being helped no matter the strangeness of that help.
