Guest guest Posted September 21, 2008 Report Posted September 21, 2008 if you choose to do the 1 day fast....do you do it the first day of shaktipat? i.e....chrism starts at 3 a.m. his time, which is 6 a.m. my time so when i get up at 6:00 in the morning i eat nothing until 6 a.m. the following morning....just drink water? is this right? thanks! brandyk Quote
