I have been feeling this... something-mer-other....lately; I am not sure if it is a spinal sweep or just a precursor or maybe I am just cold. LOL It feels like this tingling/chill-but-not-cold feeling that swoops up from my lower back and then branches out my arms and even down my legs. Sometimes it is so strong, my head tips back and I take in an audible breath. Like a happy or surprised "Ahhhh". (this happened the other night very strong while making love to my husband - it was not an org@sm). Usually it is accompanied by feelings of peace and happiness; never any dark emotions. These tingles have been increasing in intensity lately and coming more frequently. I noticed to that while I am reading this groups emails, my head seems kinda pressurized in a not unpleasant way.
