Neck pains

Today I got a sharp pain in my neck, rather like darts at the top of my

spine. It made me call out and jump! I've had them on and off for 5 hrs

now.

 

Any ideas please?

Do some gentle neck circles without pressuring the cervical systems.

Get the tension out and perhaps receive a neck rub from a loved one. A

back rub with upward strokes would also be good for you. Tongue up(as

much as possible) and eyes up and fingers locked.

 

Also lay yourself upon the earth skin to skin if you can. On your

back. Feel the energetic pull that comes with this. You may receive

some more jolts but and some kriyas. Surrender completely my friend.

Let these activities become reasons for joy as you cross further into

your awakening. -
