I could feel stirrings in my back and heat in my arms and I have taken to stretching at times like this. As the music played today I spontaneously leapt up from my chair and started dancing. The tune playing was " Search For A Hero " by M. People, and the words had such meaning for me at this time. We have it on CD but it did not resonate before. Take a look at the lyrics, it could be describing what we are all now experiencing. Blessings, LS Quote

Since I have been experiencing 'K' I have turned off the TV more often and I'm enjoying my music again. I actually did some Belly Dancing today. The first time in years.
