Morals and the Kundalini - Sarita

I SO resonate with what you are saying Sarita. Sends an energetic

flash through me culminating with a physical shudder through the

shoulders/chest. Straining through the chest/heart that sometimes will

not go away until I remove myself from the negative environment. I get

the same shudder when contemplating spiritual concepts/ideas and

reaching resolutions. So it can come from both directions. I think it

probably relates to a sudden interaction with frequencies above or

below ones " normal " level of consciousness. i.e. " enlightening

insight " or conversely allowing into ones space " ego born negative

intent " .

 

I find it so difficult to write these days. I know eventually that

will change but I have come to accept it as part of my path. Surrender

and contentment without having to validate or seek outwards for

assistance. I do share with everyone though even in my silence.

It's great to hear from you Glen! It's comforting to know that our

inner guidance is there to nudge us in the right direction.

 

It is a good feeling knowing you are out there even though you don't

post often.
