Guest guest Posted July 3, 2008 Report Posted July 3, 2008 I have a little window to check e-mail, posts and just wanted to say hello. I think of you even if I can't be online. We were on the coast of Oregon and I got to do a beach meditation. I had a lovely vision come to me: From high in the atmosphere, a beam came down and entered my 6th chakra as a rainbow and it infused my whole system from there. It felt wonderful! And I will say that lately, I've been hypersensitive to sudden sounds. Normal sounds seem louder than usual and sudden loud sounds make me nearly jump out of my skin. I actually jump. I haven't always been like this but I sure am now. I'm noticing it more and more. Same with picking up empathic " feelings " of people near me. I've had odd mood shifts lately and finally figured it out. On the beach with no one around, I felt at peace. With people around, I felt joustled, disoriented a bit, almost confused. Not severely, not to the point of not functioning but I notice it more. I'm becoming more sensitive in many ways. Part of my growing, I guess.
