The feeling was quite pronounced last night (no swelling) but is now back to an ache this morning letting me know I'm not quite immortal! Something must be going on in there! lol I have this constant ringing in my ears - not strong - like tinnitus - and most obvious when I'm meditating. During the rest of the day it is 'drowned out' by all the extra noise out there.
