Spirit sent me here for a reason, " when the student is ready the teachers will come " :c) I will defintely work on my diet... the " locks " you referred to... are they the tongue, eyes and fingers? I'm not really sure what started K ... I was dabbling in Reiki a few months before...but only by video tapes which gave the attunements...so I really didn't take them too seriously. Guess I was wrong. I was and still am in a Spiritual search where I read anything I can get my hands on. I can't believe I never came across anything on Kundalini until now. It would have saved me alot of " concern " . Its always so amazing how we are guided. You never know what will happen next... Sandy Quote
