Weird energies hitting me today--Katherine

Thank you, Kat! It was really something! A whole day of it. Wow! I

figured others here had been through it. I'm a bit behind some of you,

not that it matters, but it's nice that I have milestones of others to

go by. It makes it a whole lot easier to live with. That and chrism's

reassurances! I'm back on an even keel now, thankfully, and feel a

little bit clearer for it.

It seems to me that you are always experiencing things either right before me or

right after me! (Giggling) I am happy to be sharing with you! Like you I had

soreness afterward, but not for long! Just felt like I had done some exercises I

wasn't used to doing! I am so happy for you and very happy to be walking this

path with you! Congratulations my dear friend!
