Guest guest Posted April 18, 2008 Report Posted April 18, 2008 Chrism last night when I was meditating and chakra breathing I had a very strong sense that there was another chakra between my heart and throat chakras. Should I do some breath work around this? I did a bit but my chakras were pritty open last night and I realy needed to get some sleep so had to stop or be up all night lol.
