Hi Lori,

 

Don't get scared! I remember how overwhelmed I was when I got my first

jolt. Then I got to like it. Nowadays, when I sit down for meditation,

I secretly hope I'll get one more of those surges that fry your brains

into a mush. I only wish it happened more often, LOL!
