Ascension process and Kundalini - and All

I wanted to ask everyone if ascension is linked with kundalini. Is

ascension another word for it? Before I found this group I was sent a

list of ascension symtoms by a friend, and I could relate to many of

them. One was the vibrations through the body that I have had for a

few years now.

Thank you Chrism. This makes me feel that my kundalini experience was
