Left Lower Back

Hi Chrism,

 

Lately for the past two days especially today, I felt something

sharp poking my left lower back - like pins. Something biting me. Lots

of movement around my back. I've been feeling that sharp pokes inside

my muscles/back (almost close to my arms on the side). What is it?
