Guest guest Posted December 8, 2007 Report Posted December 8, 2007 If anyone has ideas for words/terms not already included in the K Glossary please either let me know by email or post your suggestion on this forum. I am sure there are probably a few omissions that should be included... , " Sarita " <sarita1969 wrote: > > LOVE the glossary! Guest guest Posted December 9, 2007 Report Posted December 9, 2007 The Laltha Sahasranamam gives one thousand names of Godess Kundalini. Each name has a literal meaning and an esoteric meaning, which only a Guru can elucidate. It is believed that Kundalini can be awakened by chanting the Lalitha Sahasranamam. Some samples from:http://www.astrojyoti.com/ls1.htm Chidagni kundasambhuta: Who came out of the fire of Pure Consciousness. Devakarya samudyata: Who promotes the cause of Divine forces. Mahapadmatavi samstha: Who dwells in a lotus forest, the thousand & #8211;petalled lotus of the Sahashra. Guest guest Posted December 19, 2007 Report Posted December 19, 2007 I e-mail a new word for the glossary, but I will post it as well, becasue I don't know if e-mail will go through and better than a post, but maybe one of them will. The word Bodhichitta has come up with me several times today and I did not know what it meant. Then on another website just now the meaning was given. I check the glossary and it wasn't there. Bodhichitta - is the desire for true, perfect enlightenment for the sake of others.
