I'm in this path a couple of years ago, and the awakening has been very

sweet, what I have noticed in the last few weeks is that the energy

flows down, like honey, from the crown chakra all way down, and before

that I always felt the energy flowing up, Is this the same energy ?

while ascending (the energy) I hadn't had any symptoms, but now that is

descending it produced me troubles with my stomach, (just once) maybe

this is normal, but I wish to know if anyone of you have felt the

energy descending, slowly like honey, covering almost all the body.

I can't remember if I gave you a welcome, Isabella, but I do. I have
